In lashed networks, Opti-Loop® FOSTMK snow shoes attach to the messenger or strand. This securely holds the loopbacks in position so the slack doesn’t creep over time. If allowed to creep, the cable can be damaged or sag outside of lashing wire. Snow shoes also enable slack storage to be placed out on the span without using additional space on the pole and reducing the risk of damage from pole climbers.
