PCORE Electric is formerly the Bushing Division of Lapp Insulator Company. Lapp began manufacturing bushings in the 1950’s. In the year 2004, Lapp sold the Bushing Division to private investors which is when the name was changed to PCORE Electric. In 2007, Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. acquired PCORE Electric, in which PCORE is currently an affiliate of Hubbell Power Systems.
